Sorry to sound a total noob, I have tried using HJsplit, but it does not detect the files. I downloaded using the megaupload links. The file names are .01, .02 etc etc as oppose to .001, .002 that are usually used for HJsplit. Maybe I should download the rapidshare files?

And Try To Join The Separated Files Together And Enjoy The Game.

Hello Guys...

This lil instruction will help you to install and play this game.

Step 1:- Download files from rapidshare or megaupload

Step 2:- rename .01 and all files to .001, .002....

Step 3:- download hjsplit from here… http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/#win32

Step 4:- run hjsplit and select .001 file (keep rest of the files in same folder and hjsplit will automatically detect rest of the files)

Step 5:- download winrar from here if you don’t have…. http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Step 6:- right click on ***.MDF file, select open with…. Select winrar

Step7:- copy all files to the disk and install…

i use 7zip to extract iso files to winrar archive...then from that winrar (single file) extract setup ....use setup to install

Help I downloaded all the megaupload parts and renamed them to .001, .002....
etc then i combined all the files hjsplit and made 1 file named ASCR.MDF so know i dont know what to do with it I tried using DAEMON tools to install the file but it did not work. The Game JUST WONT INSTALL. I also tried MagicISO to convert the .MDF to a .ISO and then tried mounting the .ISO to DAEMON tools and it still didnt work. When I go to my computer the game shows up there as ASSASSINS_CREED (G:) i opened it there 2 but it still did not work

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THE EXACT SAME STEPS THEY TOOK TO INSTALL THIS GAME AND PLAY!!!! help

I downloaded from Mirror 2 and then renamed i 001, 002... then I used HJSplit to join them in one file then I used deamon tools and instal them from the virtual DVD SETUP2.I copy from crack to directory and it is working

Okay my problem is when i mount the file it wont install. Other games as soon as mount it the menu for the game opens up or something and i install it but THE MENU WONT POP UP for this game and when i click on setup.exe, or setup2.exe a message comes up saying setup.exe/setup2.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

Hey Reckless831, its becaus you probably extracted the file with winrar (the files you got should have 0kb), you have to use hjsplit. To everyone: setup.exe contains a trojan horse. open the mdf with poweriso, delete setup.exe, rename setup.exe2 to setup.exe if you want to and save the whole thing. It works

Really just download evey part, rename the files, join via hjsplit, mount, use setup2.exe, use the crack. Done

Thanks, but i need help,

-I downloaded all megaupload parts then renamed them to : ASCR.mdf.001 ...

-When i try to join via Hjsplit, i browse through the folder where i have all the parts but it cannot find the 001 file. Is this because the type of file is not "001 file" it is "01 file"??

The rest of the parts are "002 file","003 file" ... but the first part is "01 file".

If you think i did something wrong or u know wats wrong please reply quickly!! help

i have one thing against this and its that it crashes on entering jerusalem....
but just download a saved game file from a site and get to jerusalem and just skip that part... its annoying but whatever works i guess... :<

Ah, i have no lucky. I downloaded files with jdownloader and he after finish download, he automaticly extract files and than is ok. I yesterday downloaded assassin's creed but i closed my jdownloader. After that i extracted game manual but there is a problem. When i opened ascr.mdf there wasn't iso and there was files like crack, support and that files. When i extract the game, he extract just first part, and when i try to open ascr.mdf.12 for example he says the archive is either in unknown format or damaged. This is my problem with all games i donloaded from here (anno 1404, tom clancys hawx, gta 4, fallout 3, prototype, rise of argonauts, crysis)
