    To extract:
    1.Place the 3 files in the same folder
    2.Download a very small and free software called Hjsplit fromhere
    3. Open Hjsplit and click on join.
    4. In the input field browse to the first file only( others will be added automatically)
    5.Click on Start
    6.Wait
    7.Enjoy!
