Info
1. Run Setup from the ISO
2. Disconnect the Computer from the Internet (unplug the cable, disable the adapter)
3. During Installation declining all Registration/Automatic Updates/etc
4. Select 'Print Activation'

After installation has completed but before restarting:

1. Start > Run > msconfig
2. Select STARTUP Tab
3. UNCHECK the following before you restart and re-connect your internet (some may not show up)

ISUSPM
SSBkgdUpdate
DNS7Reminder

4. Click Apply
5. Restart, go back into msconfig to ensure they're still unchecked and THEN re-enable your internet connection

from activating at start up using msconfig. ISUSPM seems to like to be difficult, i deleted it in the end by going into program files, commond files, install, and etc...

remember to do as it says up there, don't use the net.

at the beginning of the setup, program asks me to enter a serial number, I couldn't install yet. if i could setup the program i would do what you say about msconfig, but i coulnd't install.
