    yea you can, its called 'vista osx' its a perfect mac theme, beware, it completely replaces your logon screen even after you un-install it. i recommend using windowblinds 6 (also found on egydown) and skinstudio to make a mac theme. you can even place the x [] _ buttons on the left!
    it slows ur pc though.
