FiH released new album from Weerd Science titled Sick Kids.Sick Kids is a hip-hop concept album about recovery from drug addiction. Back in 2005 Weerd Science introduced me to the underground hip hop scene with Friends and Nervous Breakdowns. Needless to say I’ve been waiting for this album for a very, very long time. Honestly, it’s been so long I had no idea what to expect. Surprisingly though, Sick Kids picks right up where FaNB left off. There’s a lot of good and some bad that comes with that. Joshua is a lyrical genius as always and at the same time is not afraid to show off his silky smooth singing voice now and then. This is all perfectly complimented by the masterful mix of live and digital instruments.
