Get It! is a throwback collection of instrumental tracks where Tinsley Ellis plays tribute to some of the great guitar players who came before him. Putting the microphone away allows Tinsley’s guitar to take center stage and carry these tunes. His prodigious talent allows him to span the gamut from blues shuffles ala Stevie Ray and Albert Collins to Dick Dale surf guitar and Santana’s smooth Latin style.

Katie Stelmanis’ Toronto-based band Austra have announced the follow-up to 2011′s Feel It Break. The record, titled Olympia, is out June 18 in the U.S. and June 17 elsewhere via Domino. 2013 sophomore album from the Toronto-based band. After three years of non-stop touring following the release of 2010′s debut Feel It Break, when it came time to record Olympia, Austra had evolved into a collaborative effort between its six members and presents a quantum evolution in the band’s sound, structure and style.

The debut album from 604 Records recording artist, Jessica Lee, was released on May 28th, 2013. ‘Carried Away’ is a 38 minute, 11 track work of art. The two singles that were previously released with music videos, “Beautiful” and “Save Your Breath” set the tone for the upbeat songs that make you want to dance and sing along. You can hear the power in Lee’s voice on tracks such as “Until My Heart Stops”, “Hey Ya (Never Let You Go)”, and the beautifully sung closer of the album, “Carry On”. You can also hear similarities between Lee and other female pop powerhouses such as Kelly Clarkson, Katy Perry, and Christina Aguilera.

Natasha’s debut album, ‘First Time’ is a fantastic Australian pop record that will appeal to fans of Taylor Swift. With many potential singles, it’s also an album of great diversity. Natasha delves into rock with ‘Kissing Lips’ and there is great depth in the ballads including the beautiful ‘Jealous Brother’ and ‘What’s This All For’. Natasha has been very active playing high school concerts along the east coast over the past 2 years. The album is being worked at radio, TV and print media as well as a high intensity social media awareness campaign.

Momentum is Jamie Cullum’s sixth studio album, his first through Island Records. Jamie approached this record in a completely different way to his previous LPs, for the first time using DIY home demos as a blueprint for the majority of its tracks… and for a while, using everything from iPhone apps, charity shop keyboards and cassette recorders as his “go-to” instruments during the process.
