superpowerfreak i gave up waiting for the 28 part.
Im guessing Egydown didnt make an exact back up/copy of those rars and have made a new one, which is fewer links...

how the hell do i install this? i mount it deamon tools
then i get

well thats about as detailed i can get without going into your system with Team View or something...

Make sure ALL of your files are the same exact size... except for 19 it might be smaller..... then skip that file your having trouble with and see if there are any more redownload those too...

thats as good as i can do over these comments..

k bro evrytthing worked fine....if u not able to install then try usin latest version of demon tools n load the mirror's edge image it wil autorun and u can install...after installin also if it doesn work simly set the compatibility mode to windows 2000....it worked really fine in mine bro...

hey guys, have a little problem cry2

i downloaded it (win 7), extrat it, everything was cool, the game ran really good, BUT! at the second map, just after when you met your sister, and soldiers start to chase you, the game starts to lose FPS, until my system crashes cry2

why is this?? some 1 help me plz!

ok so ive downloaded all the 18 rapidshare links, but nothing will work, i get an error message when trying to open up the exe. file, am i missing some files, if so where can i download them from please ???

I have found the full solotion to the problem with people opening up the rapidshare iso's to only have the exe. not run. The reason for this is that the files types are called file 001, 002 etc, and they need to be merged. so what i did was the following.

1: download HJSplit (www.freebytesoftware.com/download/hjsplit.zip)

2: either rapidshare or megaupload, right click each file, select open, open with winrar or winzip, and this will automatically give you an error message saying its currupt or such, ignore this! you will now notice that the file name changes from lets say Edge-PIONO-egydown.iso 002 to just Edge-PIONO-egydown.iso, all the files will be called this, the only thing that will be different is the file type! do not rename them, let winrar rename them otherwise they will go unrecognised!

3: open up hjsplit, select join, search for where your 1st file is loacted but make sure all others are with in the folder loaction, and select where you want your output to be, it will now join all the files together automatically finding all the others (it can only do this if the file names are all the same hence 2).

4) you should now have all the files joined into a new iso, mount to deamon tools and enjoy :)

go to gamecopyworld for any no/cd cracks etc

hope this helps most of you who are having this problem or encounter :)
